Through facilitated activities with cross-function leadership, a current state mission will be established/confirmed, existing KPI measures assessed for alignment and baseline performance established.  Working with top leadership and stakeholders, a shared 3 year vision will be established with and transformed to measurable KPI challenges with a 1 year interim objective established and disruptive imperatives established.  Finally, functional initiatives and programs will be identified and quantified.
