LEAN Transformation/Process Optimization

With an offering of LEAN Basics training we will develop a plan to raise the organizational LEAN awareness necessary to engage in focused initiatives.  Applying the KAIZEN strategy, line level teams will be facilitated to address of targeted opportunities & needs for reduced operational waste.  For more focused process optimization initiatives/objectives Value Stream Mapping is used to help the team identify the hidden factory (bottle necks, delays and rework), establish an ideal state and programs developed to address top opportunities.
